The staff was very amiable and exceptionally attentive. The hotel's location is comfy, next to many shopping centers and a wide range of local restaurants. My room included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, and a work desk.

The hotel is in a central location, just a short walk away from Song Sang-hyeon Square. It's easy to travel around as it's next to a subway station. the premier queen room had a good view and a comfortable sofa.

Convenient location! This place is right in the heart of things, close to the city center, subway, tons of restaurants and cafes, an underground station, and even a bakery nearby! 🏙️

Stayed for 4 nights, the hotel was famous and fairly clean. The location was amazing and perfect, close to restaurants and shops. Really enjoyed the room with a nice view. The bed was spacious. The property was really close to the Seomyeon metro station. The Lotte Department store had a nice collection of stores and food choices. Tasteful solid black Japanese artwork could be seen at the sauna reception desk. Had nice dainties at Krispy Kreme Seomyeon, located a minute walk from the hotel.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was fantastic, spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the city center with easy access to everywhere. The staff treated me like a VIP, they were friendly and provided excellent service.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Busan and I had a fantastic experience. the hotel's location was perfect as it was right in the city centre, on top of a big department store. This made it very convenient for me to explore the busy city and do some shopping at the same time. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always ready to help and made me feel very welcome. The rooms were also great, with all necessary amenities and a clean bathroom. I especially loved the hot tubs which provided a relaxing experience after a long day of exploring. Lastly, the breakfast included in my stay was of a high standard, with the quality of the food above average. It was a delicious start to my mornings and definitely added value to my stay.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and there was nothing that I believe could be improved.
